If you choose to cancel your project before any construction work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of all payments made, minus any non-recoverable administrative costs. The administrative deduction will not exceed 5% of the total amount paid.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to media@sreevaas.in and will be processed within 15 business days.
If cancellation is requested after construction has begun, the refund will be calculated based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation. A detailed assessment of completed milestones and associated costs will be provided.
Materials already procured for your project are non-refundable. Any outstanding payments for work already completed must be settled before cancellation can be processed.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 30 business days of the cancellation approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
