Earn rewards for referring your friends, family, and colleagues to build with us.

1. Overview

The Sreevaas Smart Infra Developers referral program rewards you for recommending our construction, interior, renovation, and architecture services to your friends, family, and colleagues. When a referred client signs a project with us, you earn a referral reward.

This policy applies to all referral rewards earned through the Sreevaas Smart Infra Developers referral program for our construction business.

2. How It Works

  • Share your referral details with us using the Referral Program form.
  • Our team contacts the referred person and assists them with their project enquiry.
  • Once the referred person signs a contract and makes their first milestone payment, you become eligible for the referral reward.
  • Both you and the referred person benefit from exclusive offers and discounts.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the referral program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be an existing client of Sreevaas Smart Infra Developers or have previously engaged our services.
  • The referred person must be a new customer who has not previously engaged our services.
  • The referred person must sign a contract within 90 days of receiving your referral.
  • Employees of Sreevaas Smart Infra Developers and their immediate family members are not eligible for referral rewards.

4. Earning Rewards

Referral rewards are earned as follows:

  • Construction Projects: Earn up to 1% of the total project value as a referral bonus.
  • Interior Projects: Earn a flat reward of up to ₹10,000 per successful referral.
  • Renovation Projects: Earn a flat reward of up to ₹5,000 per successful referral.

Rewards are credited to your account within 30 days after the referred client's first milestone payment is received by Sreevaas Smart Infra Developers.

5. Reward Distribution

Referral rewards can be distributed in the following ways:

  • Bank transfer to your registered bank account.
  • Credit toward your next Sreevaas Smart Infra Developers project.
  • Gift vouchers for select partner brands.

Sreevaas Smart Infra Developers reserves the right to modify the reward structure at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to all registered participants.
